The American Museum of Ceramic Art has sculpture by Patz Fowle in their permanent collection! Pomona, California.

Patz Fowle's ceramic sculpture is featured in the soon to be published book
"Humor in Craft" author, Brigitte Martin.

Fowle has new sculptures exhibited @ the
Sumter Gallery of Art, Sumter, SC through Feb.10

Patz Fowle is Artist-in-Residence at the
South Carolina Governor's School for Science and Mathematics Art in the Interim program, her students currently have a public exhibition of their awesome artwork at the Hartsville Memorial Library in Hartsville, SC.  Jan. 19-February 29, 2012

Patz and a few of her students have 2D mixed media and sculpture @ the
Art Trail Gallery exhibition Soul of the Pee Dee, Florence, SC Feb. 3-March 9, 2012

The Patz Fowle Arts in Education Award was announced at Black Creek Arts Council in Hartsville, SC.

The UK publication
Antennae-The Journal of Nature in Visual Culture highlights the work of contemporary sculptor,  Patz Fowle, author Courtney Lee Weida.

Fowle was an Artist-in-Residence at every Darlington County school 2010-2011! This unique AIE program was supported by Black Creek Arts Council, the Darlington County School District and the South Carolina Arts Commission which receives funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.

2010-Patz Fowle was a Mentor @ the School of the Art Institute of Chicago/Teacher Institute in Contemporary Art. TICA is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts.

Patz Fowle exhibited ceramic sculpture in the Potters Council "Fill-adelphia" exhibit at A Show of Hands Gallery in Philadelphia, Pa. in conjunction with the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts.

Fowle led a Patz Process Ceramic Technique workshop at the Potters Council of the American Ceramic Society-Handbuilding Conference at Spruill Center for the Arts in Atlanta, Ga.
  Patz Fowle is a professional visual artist recognized internationally for her distinctive style.
*The Patz Process Ceramic Technique*
for handbuilding in clay was developed by Fowle
in 1970. This innovative, straightforward clay
method has become part of the rich heritage of
American Ceramic Techniques.
Numerous examples of Fowle's works and techniques
are featured in ceramic books, international periodicals, sculpture reference books and in school art text books.
