Studied Traditional Wheel Thrown Ceramic Technique and Glaze-Calculation under the direction of Ceramic Arts Instructor, Yousuke Haruta. Jackson College. Michigan. 1975

I began my Art Studies in the Graphic and Commercial Arts field.

I developed "The Patz Process Ceramic Technique" in 1970. This original American Ceramic Technique uses a combination of traditional and contemporary methods for creating hand built clay sculpture.
