| Began Art studies in the Graphic Arts field. Fowle developed the "PATZ PROCESS CERAMIC TECHNIQUE" for hand building in clay in 1970 Continued studies/ Traditional Techniques and Glaze-Calculation under the direction of ceramic arts instructor Yosuke Haruta. Jackson Community College Ceramic Arts Program., Jackson Michigan. 1979 Freelance: Original Ceramic Jewelry Design for New York Fashion Designers. New York, New York. 1980-82 Fowle's First Major Exhibition was in New York, New York in 1981 International Exposition of Emerging Visual Artist, New Artist at Madison Square Gardens. Attended Parsons School of Design. Adelphi University, LI, NY. Illustration. 1982 Ceramic Instructor to Fine Arts students attending St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. Students were in an internship program in Fowle's ceramic arts studio. 1983 Featured Artist on PBS, in a series on South Carolina. A short documentary on Patz Fowle's clay sculptures, on South Carolina Educational Television, "Palmetto Places" SCETV. 1993 Selected for inclusion into the South Carolina Arts Commission Roster of Approved Artists Artist-in-Residence teaching the "PATZ PROCESS CERAMIC TECHNIQUE" and Visual Art 1995- Present Freelance: Art designer and limited edition collectables sculptor for NASCAR and The International Speedway Corporation. 1995-2003 Animals in Automobiles Series "Pole-Cat" sculptures published in the NASCAR Darlington Raceway History Book. 50th Anniversary Darlington by Jim Hunter. The exchange of Art Ideas was designed to broaden the artistic vision between art students in countries with different cultures and backgrounds.The first exchange was implemented between art students attending two top ranked schools; Tokyo's American School in Japan and The Governor's School for Science and Mathematics in Hartsville, SC.
